Rachel Nicholson

Rachel Nicholson is a Finance graduate from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, expected to complete studies in 2024. Currently serving as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at Ares Management Corporation, Rachel has previously held leadership positions, including President and Director of Communications at the Real Estate Investment Club. Rachel worked as a Real Estate Equity Summer Analyst with Ares Management, contributing to the Real Estate Diversified and Multifamily Teams. Experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at Michigan State University, providing guidance to undergraduate students, and participating as a finalist in the Rachel Has a Deal competition. Additional roles include Summer Analyst at Stream Realty Partners and Crew Leader at Frosty Boy of Cascade, recognized as New Employee of the Year in 2020.
