Todd Farrell

Todd Farrell is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily development and investment. Currently serving as Partner and Head of U.S. Multifamily Development at Ares Management Corporation since May 2023, Todd has previously held significant leadership roles, including President of Multifamily at Quarterra Group from 2011 to 2023 and President of the Multifamily Division at Crescent Communities from 2006 to 2011. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Investments at Summit Properties (2003-2006), Southeast Regional Partner at Lincoln Property Company (1996-2003), and Southeast Regional Partner at JPI Companies (1992-1996). Todd Farrell is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.
