Alan McCullough

Alan McCullough is an experienced technical professional with a diverse background in account management, systems administration, and technical support. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Arete since March 2022, McCullough previously held roles as a Senior Systems Administrator and Service Manager at Integris Austin, TX, where responsibilities included team training, service delivery improvement, and customer issue resolution. McCullough's earlier experience includes founding and managing Zen Information Technologies LLC, leading Mac integration projects and developing a successful subscription-based business model. As a Systems Analyst at Liaison Resources, McCullough coached technical teams on best practices and led cross-functional projects, and began the career as the Digital and Art Team Leader at Ginny's Printing, significantly increasing production efficiency.
