Karen Gregory

Karen Gregory serves as the Executive Vice President of People at Arete, where responsibilities include leading global human resources for a company specializing in cybersecurity and risk management since May 2021. Previously, Karen held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at IDEMIA from May 2018 to July 2020. Prior experience includes roles of increasing responsibility at BAE Systems, from Vice President of Human Resources (Global Head of HR, Commercial Solutions) to Director of Human Resources, as well as Corporate Human Resources Manager at BearingPoint and Sallie Mae. Karen Gregory earned a B.S. in Business Management/Human Resources from George Mason University and an A.A.S. in Application Development from Northern Virginia Community College.
