Heraldo Geres

Heraldo Geres currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Legal, Tax, People, and Compliance at BRF since April 2025, where leadership encompasses corporate governance and the promotion of an ethical culture across the organization. Prior to this role, Geres was Vice President & General Counsel, Human Resources and Taxation at Marfrig Global Foods from August 2006 to April 2025, a multinational company in the food sector. Geres also held the position of Partner at Benicio Advogados Associados from 2001 to 2006, specializing in Corporate Law and Taxation, and was a Legal Associate at Kasai Advogados Associados from 1998 to 2001. Geres's academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a Master's in Politics and Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a Bachelor of Law from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
