Lance Ghramm

Lance Ghramm has extensive experience in client success and technical account management, currently serving as Manager of Client Success for Managed Services at Arete since January 2021. Prior to Arete, Lance held the role of Senior Technical Account Manager at Symantec from February 2018 to January 2021. Previous experience includes working as an IT Consultant at TEKsystems from April 2011 to December 2017, focusing on ITIL Asset, Configuration, and Change Management, and serving as Technical Support Specialist II at Downey Savings & Loan Association from 2002 to June 2009.
