G Scott currently serves as the Executive Director and Principal of Laulima Master Planned Community at Areté Collective. Prior to this role, they were the Managing General Partner for Multi-Family Apartments at Limelight Village LLC. G Scott also worked as an Advisor in Development and Asset Management for Blackstone Hotels & Resorts on behalf of BRE Hotels & Resorts. In addition, McCormack held positions as the VP of Real Estate/Development for re:play resorts, Advisor & Principal at True Generation, Resort/Development Manager at Princeville Resort, Vice President of Development at American Land Development, Vice President of Development at Miraval Arizona, and Managing Director at CBRE.
