Gilbert Lutes

Gilbert Lutes currently serves as Executive Director at Areté Living and Brookdale since early 2023 and January 2021, respectively, overseeing significant financial performance and budget management with revenues up to $7 million. Prior to these roles, Lutes was the Director of Life Enrichment, Care Director, and Accounts Manager at Aegis Living, where responsibilities included maintaining annual P&L accountability of at least $5 million and fostering high-quality team development.
