Jennifer Svoboda

Jennifer Svoboda (Cooper) serves as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Arete Living since September 2019, focusing on excellence and compliance within the company and its communities. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Director of Standards at Avamere Family of Companies from September 2019 to September 2022, and held various roles including Clinical Business Systems Analyst, Special Projects Coordinator, and Executive Director at Prestige Care, Inc./Prestige Senior Living from 2008 to 2019. Jennifer's early career included serving as Social Service Director/Consultant/Administrator in Training at Kindred Healthcare from 1995 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Health Administration from St. Joseph University, a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from Portland State University, and a BASW in Social Work from the University of Washington.
