Mr. Paulson has extensive financial management experience, including six years of P&L responsibility as Chief Financial Officer of a business operating unit and seven years as Corporate Treasurer of a 5B Fortune 500 Company providing aerospace, defense, and electronics technology to government and commercial customers worldwide. Mr. Paulson recently retired as the CFO and Sr. VP of Premier America Credit Union, a full-service financial institution with over $1 billion in assets and approximately 67,000 members nationwide.
Mr. Paulson has served on the Areté Board since 2003.
