Cheryl Knipe

Cheryl Knipe is a seasoned clinical operations leader with extensive experience in managing global clinical trials across multiple phases. Currently serving as Contract Associate Director of Clinical Trial Operations at AreteiaTx, Cheryl directs Phase 3 asthma study operations with a focus on protocol adherence, project management, and strategic planning. Previous roles include Associate Director at Upstream Bio, where Cheryl led a global Phase 2 trial, and at Praxis Precision Medicines, where oversight of early-phase studies was a priority. Cheryl also held leadership positions at Acadia Pharmaceuticals and CHDI Foundation, managing multi-disciplinary project teams and operational aspects of complex studies. Educated at The George Washington University with a Master's in Health Sciences, Cheryl has further strengthened leadership skills through a Women in Leadership Certificate from the University of Vermont.
