Richard Fires, MBA, GPHR has extensive experience in human resources and human strategy. Richard is currently serving as the Head of Human Strategy at AreteiaTx. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of SVP Human Strategy & Operating Partner at Population Health Partners, where they were responsible for managing all human strategy and resource functions across the firm and its portfolio companies. Richard Fires, MBA, GPHR completed their education in a chronological order. In 1999, they obtained a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Then, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued their B.S. in Human Resources at Bellevue University. In 2002, they obtained an SPHR certification from the same institute. From 2003 to 2005, Richard earned their MBA in Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2007, they obtained a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma from Villanova University. In 2008, Richard obtained their GPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Finally, in 2011, they received a certification in the Program for Pharmaceutical & Biotech Executives from The Wharton School.
