Adam's career in recruitment began at Stillwater Human Capital, where a progression from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter occurred between March 2017 and July 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as Jr. Information Security and Support Specialist at Compass Rose Benefits Group and military service as a Weapons System Specialist in the United States Air Force from 2006 to 2010. Adam holds two Associate degrees in Applied Science, specializing in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the College of Western Idaho, completed in 2014.
