Jeffrey Martin

Jeffrey Martin serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Atome since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked as a Talent & Culture Consultant at ANZ from November 2024 to August 2025 and held the position of Candidate Experience Team Leader at IQ-EQ from October 2023 to April 2024. Jeffrey's experience also includes a significant tenure at Amazon Operation Services Philippines, Inc., where responsibilities included Recruiting for Leadership and High Volume Hiring from May 2019 to October 2023. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Compliance Supervisor in Talent Acquisition at Concentrix from April 2018 to May 2019. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from San Beda College, earned between January 2000 and January 2004.
