Henriëtte Boom

Henriëtte Boom is an experienced energy development professional with a focus on renewable energy projects, particularly in solar and wind energy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development at Arevon Energy, Inc. since April 2024, Henriëtte previously held the role of Director of Development at Solar Proponent LLC, where leadership led to the successful siting of a significant solar and storage portfolio in ERCOT. Prior experience includes Project Development Manager at EnergieKontor US Inc, where five large-scale solar projects were developed. As founder and CEO of WindRosePower LLC, Henriëtte successfully secured investments for a 300MW wind generation project sold to Exelon Power. Additional roles spanned community renewable energy project management and business development in various organizations. Henriëtte holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
