Geoff Thompson

Geoff Thompson has extensive experience in the financial technology space. Geoff began their career in 2003 as a Business Development Manager for Pegasus Software Ltd, where they were responsible for increasing channel partner revenues and recruiting new overseas partners. In 2009, they moved to Sage as a Business Partner Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with regional business partners and helping to grow revenue for the company. In 2012, they became the UK Business Development Manager for Intact Software, where they were responsible for establishing the company as a serious competitor in the business management software market. In 2013, they joined Intuit as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies for online and cloud offerings. In 2016, they moved to Infor as an Account Manager, then to Sage as a Senior Business Development Manager for Cloud Solutions. Finally, in 2019, they joined Capitalise.com as a Strategic Partnerships Manager. In 2020, they became the Head of Accountant Partnerships UK & I at AREX Markets, a financial technology scale-up in the alternative financial services space.

Geoff Thompson attended Latimer Community College from 1981 to 1986, and Latimer Community Arts College from 1981 to 1986.
