Héctor Barrios Rodríguez

Héctor Barrios Rodríguez has worked in the tech industry since 2011. In 2011, they were an Administrative Worker at Te Dormimos. In 2013, they were a Programmer at Deloitte, working on the migration of the old intranet to a new one built in Adobe CQ5. Héctor also worked as a Programmer at dooplan.com, elgrupazo.com, and salirenfamilia.com (Organic Advanced Company) in 2013. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Altran as a Scrum Master and Team Leader for Axa Group Solutions, where they were responsible for Jira, team conflicts, relations with clients and stakeholders, and integration of new members. Héctor was also part of the Chatbots Team in AXA for AXA Partners, developing new chatbots for Motor and Home. Additionally, they were a Senior Consultant and Team Leader for Axa Group Solutions, where they were dedicated to several projects mainly focused in Java but as a fullstack profile. Since 2019, they have been a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at AREX Markets, where they have been building a cloud-native in-house product mainly in Golang (and some small parts in NodeJS) with UIs in VueJS, running Kubernetes on AWS EKS with a large variety of microservices speaking each other using gRPC, Google PubSub or AWS SNS/SQS.

Héctor Barrios Rodríguez obtained a degree in Ingeniería Informática Superior from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona between 2008 and 2013. Héctor also holds certifications from EuropeanScrum.org - Scrum and Agile with European Accreditation, Scrum.org, MongoDB, Inc., Code School, Adobe, and Oracle. These certifications include Expert Scrum Foundations, Expert Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master I, Scaled Professional Scrum, M101J: MongoDB for Java Developers, Shaping-up-with-Angular-JS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Component Developer, and Sun Certified Java Programmer.
