Cleyton Soares

Cleyton Soares has a diverse work experience ranging from project management to operations and logistics. Cleyton most recently worked as the Director of Ecommerce for Arezzo&Co, overseeing online operations for Schutz and Alexandre Birman. Prior to that, they were the Ecommerce Senior Manager at Santa Lolla and held various roles at Arezzo&Co, including Ecommerce Operations Senior Manager and Ecommerce Logistics/Operations Manager. Cleyton also has experience as a Senior Operations Analyst at F*hits and as a Project Manager at Fábrica de Ideias. Cleyton started their career as a Product Development Engineer at Unimolde.

Cleyton Soares obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Micro-Controllers, Micro-Processors, Automation, Control, and Mechatronics from Escola de Engenharia Mauá in the years 1999 to 2003. Later, in 2011, they completed an MBA from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, with a focus on Administration, Engineering, Products, Services, Operations, and Management. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certification in the Growth Program: Sales from StartSe.
