Christa Noriega serves as the Adoption Manager at Joybound People & Pets since January 2022, contributing to the organization's national mission. Christa exhibits strong leadership and organizational skills in this role. Additionally, Christa is a Real Estate Investor at Legacy Ridge LLC, where involvement in the acquisition of a 60-unit multifamily apartment building is currently underway. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Legacy Acquisition Partners since September 2018, Christa leads a boutique real estate firm focused on repositioning multifamily apartment buildings across the U.S. Prior to these roles, Christa was the Broker/Owner of Legacy Realty Group, Inc. from June 2004 to July 2021, fostering enduring client relationships. Christa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Real Estate & Land Use Affairs from CSU Sacramento.

ARF is a national leader in the animal welfare industry co-founded by Elaine and Tony La Russa in 1991. Headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, the nonprofit receives no government funding and is an accredited four-star charity for eleven consecutive years. ARF’s core mission is the rescue of dogs and cats who have run out of time at public shelters, giving them a chance at life until a new home can be found. ARF couples this focus with innovative programs strengthening the human-animal bond for children, seniors, veterans, and people in disadvantaged circumstances.
