Amy Avila

Amy Avila has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Amy began their career as a General Manager at Charming Charlie in 2010, where they successfully increased sales and developed managers for internal promotions. In 2013, they joined francesca's® as a District Manager, delivering top sales results and implementing effective employee retention strategies. Amy then moved on to ALEX AND ANI in 2017, where they served as a Store Manager and achieved exceptional sales performance. Finally, in 2019, they joined CINC Systems as a Software Training Specialist, winning the Ruby Award for outstanding performance. Amy facilitated training sessions for clients and customized the training based on their specific needs. In 2022, Amy was promoted to Training Manager at CINC Systems.

Amy Avila attended The University of Georgia, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the same institution in 2007.
