Howard D. Morgan is a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Argand Partners. Prior to joining Argand, they served as CEO and President of CHI Private Equity, LLC from February to July 2015. Mr. Morgan has also been a Board Member and Executive Committee member of CHAMP Private Equity (now known as CPE Capital) since November 1998, where they helped lead the firm as it became one of the largest middle market private equity firms in Australia with offices in Sydney, Singapore, and New York. From January 1996 to July 2015, they served as President of Castle Harlan, Inc., a leading global private equity firm. Earlier in their career, Mr. Morgan worked as an Associate at Allen & Company, Inc. from January 1984 to December 1986, where they were involved in investment banking, corporate finance, and private investments.

Howard D. Morgan received their MBA from Harvard Business School and their BA from Hamilton College in Math, Government, Economics.
