Nick South is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and strategic workforce planning. Currently serving as Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group since July 2012, Nick specializes in operating model redesign, culture change, and change management. Previously, Nick held the position of Managing Director and Partner at Burson-Marsteller and served as Head of Office for Paddy Ashdown MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats. Nick's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
