Karuna Ahuja

Karuna Ahuja's work experience begins in 2003 as an Executive Human Resources at Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd., where they supported the IT start-up in building HR processes and policies. Karuna then moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Bose Corporation from 2005 to 2012, leading the India HR team and creating processes and policies for the organization.

In 2012, Karuna joined Evalueserve as a Senior HR Manager in a global role, leading the Global Business HR team for their CaPS BU across multiple countries. Karuna then worked at Eaton as the Head of Human Resources for their electrical sector in India from 2013 to 2016, where they led the HR team and supported the India and APAC leadership team as a strategic HR business partner.

From 2017 to 2018, Karuna served as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Majorel, part of the India leadership team for Arvato Bertelsmann (now Majorel). Karuna also worked as a Virtual CHRO for Samhita Social Ventures at Chrom Consulting, where they created and deployed Org and HR strategy for the social impact consulting firm.

In 2020, Karuna started their own talk show called Conversations with Karuna, focusing on helping people create fulfilling careers and lives. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources & Communications at Argenbright Holdings, responsible for creating and executing HR and Communications strategy for their Global Capability Centre and Innovation Labs in India, as well as supporting HR Due Diligence Projects at the M&A stage.

Karuna Ahuja has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resources and Training & Development. Karuna obtained their MBA in Human Resources from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2001 and 2003. Karuna then pursued a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development from 2005 to 2007. In 2010, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow to earn a degree in Human Resource Management, specifically completing the Executive Programme in Human Resource Management.

Aside from their formal education, Karuna Ahuja has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2006, they completed a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development. In 2013, they became an Arhatic Yoga Practitioner from WORLD PRANIC HEALING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2015, they received the Train The Trainer certification from AchieveGlobal. In 2017, Karuna Ahuja obtained a Certification in NLP from SNLP, and in 2018, they acquired a certification in Transaction Analysis from Feeling Minds.
