Kristy Grippo has held a variety of roles in the operations field since 2005. In that year, they were International Sales & Operations Manager at Joan Rivers Worldwide, where they created exclusive assortments for QVC UK and The Shopping Channel, negotiated seasonal buys, and managed the product life cycle. From 2010 to 2014, they were Wholesale Sales & Operations Account Manager at L'Occitane en Provence, where they led sales, merchandising, and pricing direction for QVC, corporate gifts, spa, and e-commerce wholesale accounts. From 2014 to 2019, they were Senior Retail Operations Director at Links of London, where they built a centralized operations function and established omni-channel consistency. From 2019 to 2021, they were Director of Operations at HALO Recognition, where they were responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of 7 inter-dependent departments. In 2021, they became Senior Director Of Operations at Ellis Brooklyn. Currently, they are Director of Operations-Contract at Argent.

Kristy Grippo obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Marketing from the Zicklin School of Business in the years 2001-2003. Kristy also holds a BA in Italian from the University of Southern California. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Hoshin Planning from LinkedIn.
