Tim Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim is currently serving as the Global Product Development Director, Commercial Operations at Argenta. In this role, they oversee project planning and execution across multiple business units globally. Prior to this, Tim worked at Nutreco as the Commercial Director for Asia Pacific, where they managed the commercial strategy and execution across the region. Tim has also held various roles at Trouw Nutrition, including Global Innovation Director and Global Marketing Portfolio Director. Before that, Tim worked at MSD Animal Health UK Ltd as the Head of Customer Business Development and Senior Marketing Manager. Tim started their career as an Animal Health Senior Product Manager at Schering Pharmaceuticals and served as a Project Marketing Manager at The Dutch Meat Board (UK). Tim's early experience includes working as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at John Deere and as a Student at the University of Otago.
Tim Hickman completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing from the University of Otago from 1997 to 2000.
