Shiva Prashar

Shiva Prashar is an experienced professional in Diversity and Inclusion, currently serving as the Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Argenta Group since July 2023. Previously, Shiva held similar roles at AVIV Group and The Coca-Cola Company, where achievements included the creation of comprehensive DE&I strategies and the launch of employee inclusion networks. At Charles Taylor, Shiva led recruitment and global D&I initiatives, driving inclusive practices and overseeing the annual inclusion calendar. Shiva began a career in recruitment consulting at Highams Recruitment and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
