Dorien Heiremans

Dorien Heiremans has extensive experience in internal communication and team leadership, currently serving in the role of Interne communicatie at Argenta since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing communication plans and campaigns while measuring their effectiveness. Prior roles at Argenta include Product Manager for Daily Banking & Customer and Team Leader in the Contact Center. Before joining Argenta, Dorien worked at Euroclear as a Team Leader in the New Issues department and as a Specialist in the same area, focusing on eligibility reviews and process management. Early career experience includes an internship at Barco, conducting research on press release quality and competitive analysis. Dorien holds two Master's degrees from Ghent University, one in Multilingual Business Communication and another in English and Swedish.
