Jan Bouwen

Jan Bouwen currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Argenta since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jan held several prestigious positions including Global Leader for Talent, Organizational Development & Learning at SGS from September 2022 to August 2025, and Global Vice President of Human Resources at Esko from September 2019 to April 2022. With a strong academic background, Jan earned a PhD in Applied Economics from KU Leuven and holds multiple degrees from renowned institutions, including an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Master in Organizational Psychology from Université catholique de Louvain. Jan has extensive experience in human resources across diverse industries, including significant leadership roles at Terumo BCT, Ingersoll Rand, Agfa HealthCare, and Alcatel.
