Natália Runze de Moura

Natália Runze de Moura started their professional career in 2015 as the Corporate Communications Manager at Fórmula Consultoria Farmacêutica. In 2016, they worked as a Training Intern at Servier before being promoted to a Training Assistant in 2017. From July 2019 to January 2022, Natália held the position of Digital Learning & Development Officer at Servier. Currently, they are working at argenx as a Quality Training Lead, starting in December 2021.

Natália Runze de Moura attended the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2013 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. In 2016, they briefly attended the Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão for an MBA Jr. program. From 2009 to 2012, they studied at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio de Janeiro, earning a degree as Técnica em Meio Ambiente, specializing in Meio Ambiente. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Teaching and Active Learning Methodologies at Descomplica, expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, they hold certifications in "Inovação em Gestão de Projetos" from Perestroika and the "Cambridge ESOL Certificate In Advanced English" from the University of Cambridge.
