Shawn D. King

Shawn D. King has a strong background in IT and technical operations, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Shawn D. is currently serving as the Head of Field Infrastructure & Support Services at argenx, where they are responsible for overseeing the commercial field BIS infrastructure and managing service provider relationships. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of IT at HarbourVest Partners and as the Associate Director of Information Technology at Agios Pharmaceuticals. During their time at Agios Pharmaceuticals, they successfully implemented a hybrid end user support model and played a key role in the implementation of the Service Now platform. Shawn D. also has experience at Alkermes, American Dental Partners, Forest City Enterprises, Alternative Business Solutions, and International Data Group, where they held various technical leadership positions.

Shawn D. King has taken Information Technology classes at Northeastern University. They have also obtained certifications in CCNA from CompuMaster, ITIL V. 3 Service Manager from ITIL/US014016, and Managing Technical Professionals & Organizations from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
