Tony Krznar has extensive experience in the glass industry, with over 33 years of experience in glass technical and operational roles. Tony has worked in various companies across the globe, including Arglass Yamamura, where they serve as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, they were the owner of Krznar Glass Services Limited (KGS), where they successfully implemented change and maximized output and profitability. Tony also held positions in Encirc Glass as the Technical Director and Site Director, where they played a crucial role in making the Elton facility a world-class glass facility. Tony was also the Technical Director at Quinn Glass, overseeing facilities in Ireland and England, and held several leadership roles at O-I, including Vice President of Integrated Operations and Operations Director for OI China. Overall, Tony Krznar has a proven track record of success in the glass industry, with experience in operational excellence, innovation, quality improvement, and team leadership.
