Prior to this, Nicole held the position of Director of Client Services at Argo, where a strong background in customer service and sales facilitated effective management of the Client Services Team. Nicole's career at Argo began in 2009 as a Customer Care Specialist, advancing to Customer Service Manager, and assisting in the establishment of a new call center. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Agent at Great Falls Marketing. Nicole studied at the University of Maine at Orono from 2000 to 2002.
