Gustavo Rusconi

Gustavo Rusconi, CPM, is an accomplished C-Suite executive with extensive experience in the property management industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Argo Real Estate since March 2019, Gustavo provides strategic leadership aligned with the company's goals. Previously held roles include Director of Management Operations at PPC Property Services, overseeing a substantial real estate portfolio, General Manager positions at Rose Associates and Douglas Elliman, and General Manager at Newport Residential Management, the largest mixed-use community in the U.S. Gustavo's career started at Rockrose Development Corp. as Assistant Vice President. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Fordham University, along with certification as a Certified Property Manager from IREM.
