Alessio Elmi

Alessio Elmi is an experienced CV/ML Engineer currently at ARGO Vision since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alessio worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Oxolo, focusing on conversational AI from January 2021 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes positions at Standard Cognition, where multi-people, multi-camera tracking was a primary focus, and Checkout Technologies, specializing in deep learning for multi-view geometry, pose estimation, and tracking. Alessio began a research role at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, concentrating on action recognition and classification using deep learning in IoT contexts. Alessio holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Science in Movie and Media Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
