Ponchai Reainthong

Ponchai Reainthong is a design leader and manager with a strong background in user experience (UX) design, with various leadership roles in prominent companies. Ponchai currently holds the position of Director of UX at ARGO since April 2022. Prior to that, he worked at S&P Global Private Markets, formerly IHS Markit as an Associate Director of UX from October 2007 to April 2022. Ponchai served as Vice President UX Design from October 2007 to July 2009 while IHSMarkit was acquiring JPMorgan Chase - Financial Computer Software (FCS). Ponchai earned recognition for his leadership, then he quickly began to move up the ranks from Principal role to Associate Director of UX with a combined 14 plus years as a design leader for the company.

Ponchai's career began as a Senior Design Consultant at Computech Inc., where he provided consulting services to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in Washington, D.C., from January 2005 to September 2007. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Design Consultant at Verizon for a brief period from July 2004 to December 2004. Ponchai's experience also includes serving as an Art Director at One Web Corp. from February 2003 to June 2004, a Multimedia Designer at Pier 1 Imports from September 2001 to January 2003, and a Jr. Art Director at Vertis Inc. from April 2000 to July 2001.

Ponchai Reainthong has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1997, they started their education journey at The Art Institutes, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Web Design & Interactive Media. Ponchai successfully completed their degree in 2000.

Ponchai continued their education at The Art Institutes and enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program in Interactive Media and Web Design in 2009. Ponchai dedicated two years to this course and graduated in 2011, obtaining their degree.

More recently, in 2021, Ponchai attended the SMU Continuing & Professional Education. Within that year, they achieved a Certificate in User Experience Design.

In addition to their formal education, Ponchai sought further professional development opportunities. In 2022, they obtained several certifications related to Decentralized Finance (DeFi) from Coursera. These certifications include "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Opportunities and Risks," "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Deep Dive," "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Infrastructure," and "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Primitives."
