Rachel Wilmot

Rachel Wilmot is the current Head of Finance at argodesign. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, having worked as a consultant at Butterfield Bank, Kaiva LLC, and Marsh Management Services. Rachel has also been a Financial Analyst and Manager at Citibank (Trinidad and Tobago) Ltd. Rachel is highly skilled in cash management, financial reporting, and forecasting.

Rachel Wilmot has a Certified Pro Advisor from Intuit in Quickbooks and is also a Certified User 2013. Rachel is also an ACCA Chartered Accountant from the Emile Woolfe School of Accounting. Lastly, they have an MBA in International Finance from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.

Rachel Wilmot reports to Renae Alsobrook, Founding Partner, Chief Operations Officer & Chief Marketing Officer. They work with Arlene Tee - Head of Programs, Ian Steyaert - Head of Programs, and Meg Marsh - Head of People.
