Crystal Xu

Crystal Xu has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Crystal currently holds the position of Head of HR, Associate Director at Argon Medical Devices, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at C.H. Robinson as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2019 to 2022. From 2014 to 2019, they were employed at Publicis Sapient as an HR BP, Talent Director. Crystal also had experience as an HR Officer at TBWA\\China from 2010 to 2014 and worked in Executive Search at Korn/Ferry Futurestep from 2008 to 2009. Crystal started their career as a Consultant at Asianet Consultants, specializing in industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, and Supply Chain from 2006 to 2008.

Crystal Xu attended Shanghai University from 2001 to 2005 where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Project Management.
