Donnie Richard has a strong background in talent acquisition and has held various leadership roles in this field. Donnie is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Argon Medical Devices, Inc. where they are responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for the company. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition - Americas at Incora, where they focused on providing solutions to complex challenges and improving operational efficiency. Donnie also has experience as the Director of Talent Acquisition for iconic brands such as Dickies, Timberland, Kipling, and VF Corporation, where they developed talent acquisition strategies and led a team to meet business requirements. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and as a Director of Talent Acquisition Consultant at RGP, providing talent acquisition support for a global immigration law firm and a large health system, respectively. Donnie Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from Dallas Baptist University. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in January 2020 and Targeted Selection Program Management from DDI | Development Dimensions International in March 2018.
