Prior experience includes over seven years at MED Institute as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Leader, where Jace provided comprehensive support for FDA submissions for class 2 and 3 medical devices. Early career experience includes roles as a Testing and Research Engineer, developing test plans for medical devices, and as a Graduate Assistant at Baylor University, where Jace instructed undergraduate engineering students.
