Karl Sawyer

Karl Sawyer has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Karl began their career at KPMG US in 2000 and worked their way up to Senior Audit Manager, leading teams and managing client assignments. In 2010, they joined the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) as an Inspections Specialist, where they audited audit firms to ensure compliance with professional standards. In 2018, Karl joined Argon Medical Devices, Inc. as Corporate Controller and later became the Director of Finance.
