Claire Spardel

Claire Spardel has a diverse work experience in the finance and planning field. Claire is currently working at NAADAM as the Director of Finance, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they were the FP&A Manager at NAADAM from August 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining NAADAM, Claire worked at Enchanté Accessories as the Finance Manager from January 2021 to August 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Enchanté Accessories from November 2019 to December 2020.

Claire also worked at M.M.LaFleur as a Senior FP&A Associate from April 2018 to September 2019.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Macy's, where they served as an Associate Financial Planner for various departments, including Seasonal, Career, Suits, and Dresses from November 2016 to March 2018. Claire also held the positions of Assistant Financial Planner for Swim and Coats from August 2016 to November 2016, and Assistant Financial Planner for RTW Collections and Impulse from September 2015 to July 2016. Claire started their career at Macy's in June 2015 as part of the Merchant Executive Development Program.

Claire Spardel began their education at Colgate University in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Claire completed their studies in 2015, majoring in Economics and Political Science. In 2021, Claire enrolled in the NYU Stern School of Business to earn a Master of Business Administration degree, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
