Sojan Abraham

Sojan Abraham has extensive work experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Sojan started their career at Tyco Electronics in 1994, where they worked as a Manufacturing Development Engineer, responsible for developing manufacturing processes for new products. Sojan then joined GE Energy in 1999 as a Sr. Manufacturing/Project Engineer, leading continuous improvement activities and capital equipment projects.

In 2006, Sojan moved to St. Jude Medical, where they held various positions, including Senior/Principal Manufacturing Engineer and Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Sojan also had a temporary assignment as a Senior Project Manager for FDA Warning Letter Remediation, where they led the remediation efforts across multiple manufacturing sites.

In 2014, Sojan joined E4D Technologies as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvements & Facilities. In this role, they directed operations, engineering, continuous improvement, and facilities. Sojan then became the Director of Operations, Engineering, CI & Facilities, overseeing the overall direction and strategy of the organization.

Currently, Sojan is working at Argon Medical Devices, Inc. since 2018. Sojan first served as the Engineering Manager of Manufacturing Engineering before transitioning to the role of Engineering Manager of OEM/Custom Product Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering, Custom Product Solutions.

Sojan Abraham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained two certifications - a Certificate of Completion in Developing Executive Leadership from the American Management Association in April 2014 and a Certificate of Completion in Management Skills for New Managers from the same institution in December 2013.
