James Marks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and management across various sectors. Since November 2011, James has served as a Principal Infrastructure Risk Analyst at Argonne National Laboratory. Prior to this role, James held positions in the US Department of Homeland Security as the Deputy Director/Acting Director of the Preparedness Grants Division from March 2004 to November 2011, and as a Manager for Budget and Expense Management at Fannie Mae from April 2003 to March 2004. James began a career in financial planning and analysis as a Manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP from February 1996 to September 2002. Academic qualifications include an Executive Master of Cybersecurity from Brown University School of Professional Studies (2019-2021), completion of the Executive Leaders Program at the Naval Postgraduate School (2009-2010), and a B.A. in Finance from The Catholic University of America (1989-1993).
