Lisa Heineman

Lisa Heineman is currently serving as a Technology Integration Project Specialist at Argonne National Laboratory since March 2023, managing the nationwide workforce development initiative, Accelerate, sponsored by the U.S. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights from August 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Development Coordinator and Executive & Development Assistant, successfully coordinating events that raised over $1 million annually. Other experiences include managing after-school STEM programs at Project Exploration, directing community development projects at 7 Elements, and teaching English at CUN Corporación Unificada Nacional de Educación Superior and Ministerio de Educación. Lisa's early career included internships with National Geographic and the Earth Day Coalition, alongside administrative support with the Ohio House of Representatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Environmental & Societal Applications from The Ohio State University.
