Pam Gruszka

Pam Gruszka is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at Argonne National Laboratory since September 2014, Pam leads a diverse team focused on HR initiatives, including employee and labor relations, talent management, and organizational development. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Talent Management Strategy at Argonne, Vice President of Global Talent Management at The Warranty Group, and Chief Administrative Officer at The Comprehensive Group, where Pam was instrumental in developing talent management and compensation programs. Pam has also held significant HR positions at Zurich Insurance Company and RR Donnelley, among others. Pam holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing, both from Eastern Illinois University.
