Richard Crowley

Richard Crowley, MBA, has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and procurement, currently serving as Compliance Lead and Intern Mentor at Argonne National Laboratory since 1998. In this capacity, Richard drives regulatory compliance and customer service enhancements while fostering career development through internship opportunities. As a former Budget Officer, Richard developed strategic budgeting solutions in response to government funding volatility, and as Manager of General Accounting, Richard facilitated key financial reporting during significant contract changes. Additionally, Richard owns R&D Exotics, LLC, leveraging over 30 years of experience in reptile and amphibian husbandry for education and outreach. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Lewis University.
