Victor G.

Victor G. has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Manager of the Engineering Support Group in the Experimental Operations and Facilities Division at Argonne National Laboratory since October 1990. Victor oversees a $5 million annual budget, ensuring proper cost allocation and developing detailed budget reports. Additionally, Victor held an elected position as a Commissioner on the board of the Park District of Oak Park from April 2011 to 2019, where responsibilities included setting policies for operations and financial management. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree and two Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Illinois Chicago.
