Terry Bennett

Terry Bennett has a strong and extensive work history in the cement and manufacturing industry. Terry started their career at Lafarge North America in 2000 as a Production Manager before moving to Lafarge as an Operations Manager in 2003. Terry then worked at Lafarge North America as a Plant Manager from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Continental Cement Company as a Plant Manager and later became the Vice President of Operations until 2015. Currently, Terry is employed at Argos USA, where they have held the position of Plant Manager in Tampa/Port Manatee from 2015 to 2021. Terry is currently serving as the Process Optimization Director, a role they assumed in April 2021.

Terry Bennett completed a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning/Civil Engineering from McMaster University from 1975 to 1979. Later, from 1990 to 1994, they pursued a Technician degree in Environmental Engineering at Fanshawe College.
