Jennifer McDowell has an extensive background in the casino and hospitality industry, beginning as Security/EMS Manager at Lakeside Hotel & Casino from December 1999 to June 2006. Following this role, Jennifer served as Slot Operations Supervisor at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort® from June 2006 to March 2010 and continued in the same capacity at Ameristar Casino until December 2012. Jennifer advanced to Slot Operations Shift Manager at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, holding that position from December 2012 to February 2016, before becoming Director of Customer Service at Penn National Gaming until March 2017. Since June 2017, Jennifer has held multiple roles at Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa Riverside, including Marketing Manager, Assistant Casino Manager, and Player Services Manager.
