Previously at Bank of America, Benjamin played a pivotal role in the development of the award-winning Erica chatbot, achieving notable innovations and significant performance improvements. With earlier experience as a Full Stack Developer at Genesis10 and SIOS Technology Corp., Benjamin has mastered numerous technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, and has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills throughout a career characterized by impactful projects and successful innovations.
